The Nativity of our Lord 

God sent his son Jesus to us.

Jesus had always lived with God.

Now Jesus came to live with us.

Jesus came to us as a baby.

He was born as a child of Mary.

The angels sang a song.

The Wise Men brought gifts.

The shepherds came to worship Him.

{St. Joseph the Betrothed is shown in a struggle against his temptation.  The old man talking to him represents his temptation, when he considered "putting Mary away quietly" not knowing whose child she was to bear.} 

The whole world rejoiced!

The sky shone with a bright star.

Even the animals were glad to see Jesus.

The earth provided a cave for Jesus to sleep in.

Everyone was happy that Jesus was born.

The happiest person of all was Mary, Jesus’ Mother. 

These are the happy words we say on

Christmas Day! 

Christ is Born!

Glorify Him!
